It is unbelievable how Sacramento legislators are twisting and spinning SB145. Think about it for a second... If you are facing charges in court, that means there was a victim and law enforcement has a suspect. YOU HAVE BEEN ARRESTED!!!!

That means the s*xual act, you are being charged with, be it gay or straight, was not consensual and YOU got arrested!!!! YOU forcefully had unwanted s*x with a minor... what part of this don't you understand. Be it 14, 15, 16, 17 they are still a minor... Be it gay or straight... YOU violated a human child's body!!!

Now the legislators want to give you a pass and take us one step closer to the legalization of Pedophilialia.

Many are arguing that this is just leveling the gay and straight acts in the court eyes... YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT!!! SOMEONE HAD S*X WITH A MINOR!!! They should register as a S*X OFFENDER. Destroy their lives just how they destroyed and took away a CHILDS innocent.

This election is shaping up to be a referendum on "Law and Order".

So called 'criminal justice reform' has been a failure. Escalating property crime, out of control shoplifting and many violent felonies re-classified to allow for early release has emboldened criminals and handicapped law enforcement.

We've watched as rioters and anarchists have decimated inner cities, almost with impunity and without condemnation from elected Democrats.

Criminals have been "deincarcerated"... freed from prison ... before completing their sentences so they don't catch COVID in prisons. Why not make them wear masks like the rest of us are being 'required' to do. That is, if they work so well.

And now, after demonstrating their lawlessness and tyrannical actions, they're calling for law enforcement departments to be 'defunded and dismantled'! Seriously???

We'll unpack how Proposition 20 on November's ballot will close some of these loop holes, but there is so much more needed to correct.
