A little girl was born. She is clever girl. She would not talk that much but she make sure that she knows all the details. One day we found her in the middle of the crowd (she was so little as 3 or 4 years old) passing underneath people's legs just to see what was the incident, that made these people gather around. Curious mind that lead her to explore more of this world.

Bulalo-karekare with Crispy garlic

Bulalo is native to the Southern Luzon region of the Philippines.
Bulalo is a beef dish from the Philippines. It is a light colored soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and marrow bones until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth.

Karekare. Some believe that kare-kare has origins in the Pampanga region, while others claim that the name of the dish is derived from the Indian word curry, and that it was introduced to the Philippines by Indians from the Rizal province.

Trivia:
Kaldereta or caldereta is a goat meat stew from the Philippines. Variations of the dish use beef, chicken, or pork.

Place of Origin:
Sabi ni wiki this originates in Southern Luzon (where I came from)

Basic Ingredients:
Main ingredientsGoat /mutton shoulders, corn oil, onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper, potatoes, chili, flour, liver spread, tomato paste, butter, stock (beef or brown)

Own it:
I made a twist since hindi madaling mahanap ang liver spread dito sa hawaii, I used (mang tomas-that is liverbased sauce).
And I baked it after cooking.

I DESERVE HAPPINESS

When I was a kid I really love hawaiian theme. I wanna wear grassskirt and put flower on my ears. My youth conference years are fun of hawaiian theme and I would always get the best in hawaiian attire in the dance floor. I never thought that one day I will live in this paradise, the land of ALOHA, where people are just cheehoo (cheerful) always. This place of diverse culture taught me so much. In life we need "one ohana, sharing aloha" (united love) as i call it.
This community is a place of peace and harmony. Where people trained to bring happiness in each one's heart and being it home with them.
I love my ohana. I'll share with you my ALOHA!

Hopia or Bakpia is an Indonesian Dish

Fact :
Hopia is another favorite ‘merienda’ or snack for Filipinos. Hopia is made of thin flaky pastry, traditionally filled with mung bean paste (Munggo). But nowadays, there are more variations to choose from when it comes to the filling, most popular is the Ube or Purple yam (I prefer more personally). Wew!

Fact: Pinoy loves "IMITATION"
Why? Pinoy loves authentic food but for some reason, another cultural cuisine is very interesting so why not try 'em. BUT here is the catch, we like to own it. That's why we made our so-called "OWN VERSION".

Trivia:
Chow is a Chinese word meaning "Food" or "meal".
Chow fan is a Cantonese dish, composed of stir-fried wide noodles, bean sprouts, and meat or tofu.
Siomai is a Pinoy version of (originally Shumai) or dumplings, it's a steamed ground (pork/beef/shrimp etc.) covered w/a dumpling wrapper.
