❄️ When a snow ordinance is in effect, vehicles must be moved off public streets and parking lots to allow for effective snow removal. Plows make multiple passes before a street is fully cleared, so vehicles should not be moved back to public streets or parking lots until the ordinance is officially lifted. Vehicles remaining on public grounds during a snow emergency will be issued a parking citation and towed if necessary.

❄️ Property owners must remove snow and ice from public sidewalks next to their property within 24 hours after snow stops falling or ice stops forming. Snow and ice should not be blown, pushed, or placed upon a City street or right-of-way.

❄️ If you have a fire hydrant near your property, make sure it is visible and accessible.

Snow Emergency starts at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, Jan 1st. No parking on the streets will be allowed until the Snow Emergency is lifted. Strong storms are forecasted on Sat and we will do our best to have the streets clear of snow. Please help us out by not pushing snow into a plowed street and removing your vehicle from the roadway.
