Greetings.
200 and 300 levels students are to
1. that they are expected to fill the Students Commencement of Attachment Form (SCAF) and submit it at the nearest Industrial Training Fund Area office close to them i.e. In their state of IT.
2. That they are to fill their logbooks and Form 8.
Answers to some frequently asked questions:
1. On your SCAF, fill as follows.
Period of Attachment: 6 weeks
Date of Commencement: 17/07/2023 to 25/08/2023.
2. On your Form 8, fill as follows. In item 2 (c).
Number of Weeks: 12 weeks
Leave period of Attachment i.e. From and To.
3. That students must pay their registration fees while on SIWES. They must resume back on Monday, 28th August, 2023.
