Long time no see! 👋🏻

I wanted to hop on here and let you know KNDI Media is going through a slight REBRAND and REFRESH!

As some of you know, I am a one-woman-run show. ( .dunkle , Hello! ) I am also a real estate agent in Oregon and have a fantastic team .homes brokered by eXp Realty.

I unintentionally fell into the niche of helping other agents or real estate professionals build their social media presence. This was a great way to incorporate my businesses and do what I am good at marketing!

In 2022 I got so caught up in my work with KNDI Media that I neglected the side of Real Estate that I loved and what got me into the business- helping build generational wealth. I refuse to be the Real Estate Agent that loses their license after the first two years, and I am happy to say I have gone through another year of renewing my license and am working hard to get my principal broker's license here soon.

That said, I am working on blending KNDI Media & my real estate business and hiring other Social Media Managers passionate about brand awareness. I will continue working with my real estate clients & team to help build homeownership in Oregon. 2023 is going to be about building and collaborating! I can't wait to share all the fun!

Here's your reminder that it's normal to take a break from social media. Take care of yourself and step away from the phone 😴

In today's day and age, nearly everyone is on social media. While it's a great way to connect with others and make new friends, it can also be a huge distraction from the important things in life like family time, work projects, or other activities. We are only human, and we can't do everything, so we have to have some self-control. It's okay for your phone to be a phone sometimes.

As someone who works in social media as a full-time job, I catch myself endlessly scrolling when I shouldn't—sometimes buying into the negativity that social media can bring. I have now set up a system that helps me keep a healthy relationship with social media so I can prevent myself from burnout!

It's essential to find ways to take care of your mental health outside of your phone.

Social media doesn't have to be a black hole. Turn off the distraction and focus on what's important in real life 📲 📷 🌎
