Our son, Stephen, is in town this week and we are at “Aladdin” at the Paramount Theater. It’s intermission and the first half was FANTASTIC! The sets are incredible and the performances are a lot of fun. But the Genie is stealing the show!! It’s on for a couple more nights and I highly recommend going.

The Tulip Festival in La Conner is spectacular! I never would’ve thought to go on a Tuesday night but it was the perfect time to visit. No crowds and the tulips are in full bloom. Which ones are your favorites?

Fun fact: my friend, Lauri, used to work at KIRO Radio 37 years ago and she was the person who trained me in what was (not so lovingly) called “the sweatbox.” We still had cart machines and reel to reels😂
