Time management is essential to achieving our goals, both personally and professionally.

With so many tasks, responsibilities, and distractions vying for our attention, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and lose sight of our priorities.

Here's how I've been managing my time this week:

1. Set realistic deadlines. However long you think a task will take, double it.
2. Prioritize tasks. Figure out what you REALLY need to do vs. what can wait.
3. Minimize distractions. Figure out the time of day that you're most productive and guard that time like your life depended on it.

I'm learning that if I really want to reach my full potential, I must start by managing my time wisely.

My future self says "thank you."

I'm dealing with so much anxiety as I try to execute new ideas.

I have to remind myself that taking risks is essential for growth.

The anxiety I'm feeling is a good thing - although it's massively uncomfortable in the moment.

I gotta realize that making mistakes is okay - sometimes it's the best & only way to learn.

For all my fellow creators out there --- let's embrace the unknown and trust in our abilities.
