So in this post, Thomas calls out David Ray for spreading a video I created. Then he states he is Focused on You and promptly shares the link to help spread the video. He underplays the significance of the video by stating... " old audio records of fights that happened YEARS AGO between them, their wives, mistresses, etc" calling out Austin Myers while downplaying the horrible audio represented on that video.
"I feel the good people of Robertson County deserve better. Let's make our county great and focus on the PEOPLE!"

I absolutely was the person who created and distributed the Austin Myers video. Before I say why, which I feel is obvious, I want to tell everyone that I'm the person who made that video. I have 4 more recordings; that was just a sample. These were never played in court, which they should have been.
It has come to my attention that Marvin Thomas, a candidate running against both Myers and David Ray for Constable Pct. 1, has begun spreading rumors and lies that David Ray is responsible for that video (see Thomas's Facebook Post).
He is NOT! I am, and I'm very proud of myself for doing it.
Just because I'm not sitting in Robertson County every day you can believe that I not only have been paying close attention but continue to monitor the actions of our candidates. My address is still Robertson County, my businesses are still Robertson County, and my son is sitting right there, folks, watching and reporting everything to me, not to mention candidates themselves who have been on phone calls with me for the past two and half months.
So, to add to this post, Marvin was not fired from his job at Calvert PD; he resigned. How do I know? I'm still the same old newspaper guy you either love or hate. I have many sources and can back up every word I print. So, there you have it, another lie from Mr. Thomas.
Want more? I have lots more to share, and I hope you are not supporting S.A. Smith for Sheriff because what I have on him will make you ill.
I have a TCOLE sheet of every person running for Sheriff, want to talk stats on training? How about employment history. I swear some people sign up to be our elected officials and honestly believe that you, the people, will not learn who they really are.
Good luck, Mr. Thomas; you have told two lies that I can prove. I have also seen that you have posted Dash Cam videos from your traffic stops. Just FYI, using taxpayer cameras and video equipment to promote your candidacy is ELECTION FRAUD! Don't worry; I have screenshotted everything for the Attorney General and captured the videos.
Lastly for now...
I have received still photos and video of a campaign sign being removed and tossed into a trunk. A new sign of a different candidate is then placed in the spot. The video is out for analysis by TxDPS, and I hope they can get it done in time for the election. I'll let y'all know what and when I find out.
I can't wait for the video of the campaign sign thief to be verified by TxDPS. As soon as I have a positive ID on that person I have on video stealing signs, I will post it immediately. Until then, the guilty person of that election crime better start thinking up another excuse; better yet, you should tell it to a lawyer.
