I moved back to Guadalajara because once upon a time I was living the city fashion life here, from working backstage on fashion show to assisting major LatinX Designers… but I got scared and intimidated. So I ran back home to my comfort zone. Where I opened FOUR store fronts in 3 years… and then realized I put myself in a box that didn’t feel right.
I made myself get out of my comfort zone and give “little girl Emeli” an opportunity to live out her dreams of really pursuing a career in the big leagues of the Fashion World.
In just 4 months of allowing myself to truly live the BIG DREAM my life is blossoming and opportunities are arriving at my door.
