We are asking for the publics help in trying to locate Rachel Sullivan! She also goes by (Blue or Ray Ray).She has been missing since the beginning of April. She was last seen in Jackson, Tn. She was a graduate of Delta Class of 2003. She has ties to numerous states. We have reason to believe that she was abducted and possibly taken to Mexico.
