Ok...so haven't posted anything in a while...I'm always 1-2
months from really being ready to launch
" Virtual Voyaging "..
So...I'm just
going to start ready or not..
Today is I think September 18
2022.. on Friday the 21st I will be leaving Vermont heading back to sunny Florida...I'm now thinking that I will have a Vermont based sailboat and a Florida based
sailboat as well..the two boats that I'm considering both belong to a good friend who like me finds unbelievable deals
(sometimes)
I actually don't have a photo of the two boats that I'm considering but they both look like the black hulled sailboat shown here..this is exactly the same model which eventhough I'm currently
" dirt poor "...
I occasionally am successful in some frequently very complicated trades..swaps
So that will be the topic of one of my future posts..so my plan is to oscillate back and forth between the past and present until eventually you will get a glimpse of what I'm billing as . @ 76 years
young...I'm starting the second half of my life. ..
Along the way you will get to hear/see such important events in my life such as my kindergarten frequent classmate and best friend..

Also in the interest of science..I'll tell you how I taught my youngest brother Jerry..
about electricity by having him hold the spark plug wire near the engine block.. while I pulled the starter cord with no spark plugs installed in the engine..he still isn't the same...so yes like everyone I have a few stories and everyone thinks their stories are interesting..
but I really think that mine are and besides..I really like hearing them myself..at least the current version..so tune in when you can..
At least it will give you something else to watch besides..

I actually went sailing yesterday...Sea trials aboard my O'day 25 which I'm in the process of selling...way too cheap...but she will soon be off a a hopefully new great adventure. .I think an added
feature/story line will be to try to follow the life of each boat that I sell and interact with the current owner and maybe assist them when they are ready to sell and help them both to sell their current boat.. and to help them find their next one..
By creating a known history of the vessel..present and future buyers will be able to have a better feel for the boat and possibly contact information regarding previous owners...comments?
New owner of O'day 25.. at the helm for the first time... and my yummy breakfast yesterday..

Ok...here goes...as far as I can tell my website..blog..blurb..whatever it is " out there ".. maybe? Please confirm..
So as per my ever evolving life seems to.. be/ has been

So as you can see ..
Ready or not..I launched this "Voyage" on my 76th birthday which I'm billing as the.last day if the first 1/2 of my life..
So now that I've kicked off
(Maybe not the right words to use at my age)....
This " thing" ..OK time for a
"Side comment "side comments are intended by me to add clarity which they probably don't..but I'm the one who writing this.. so I'll do what I want so getting back to side comments..you may have noticed that I like to use quotation marks..for clarity?. I also am told that I tend to ramble and get off topic..
Well I've got a side story about that...so a side story is something that is related to the story...but because maybe the side stor is more interesting than the story that I was tell ..you may find me going off in that direction...which brings up a " Sea Change "... which means there maybe a whole different direction in where the story is going
So now that the general mode of my rambling is somewhat established...oh.j can't spell too
But what the he'll I somehow got a Masters + and taught college for 27 1/2 of my 31 1/2 years of teaching .. ( most of my teaching was as a welding instructor..and yes in spite of my other BS.. I am Avery good ...
