RECIPE ALERT: Coconut Ginger Salmon with Curried Rice Noodles and VegetablesÂ

In California, both recreational and commercial salmon fishing has been banned for the remainder of 2023 in order to allow the salmon population to recover. For those wanting to increase dietary protein with a rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids (great for heart health, muscle repair, brain health, etc.), it is time to find an alternate source of the high-quality fish.

In this recipe, we combined the fresh fish with a coconut ginger curry sauce that highlights the clean pristine flavor, and then added a sweet tamari sauce to balance the savory for a perfect bite.Â
