The Neponset Rowing Club offers competitive and recreational rowing programs for middle school, high school and adult rowers in the historic Neponset River estuary. No experience is necessary to start rowing with the NRC.

Thanks to the Milton Council on Aging and the Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrissey, a "Free Mobile Shredding" day is being held at the Council On Aging, 10 Walnut Street. On Friday, May 13th, from 10: AM - 12:30 PM, MILTON residents are invited to bring their personal documents to the COA for shredding. Identity theft is so prevalent that thieves will stop at nothing to obtain people's personal information, including sifting through your trash! Seniors and residents alike are encouraged to take advantage of this great opportunity. Elder Affairs Officer Patty Mandeville will be in attendance to help with the event.

The St. Rock Haiti Foundation Gala will be held at Granite Links Golf Club Thursday, April 21, At 6 p.m. It will be cocktail style format, with a silent auction, raffles and a short video presentation.
The Saint Rock Haiti Foundation (SRHF) based in Milton, was started in 2002 to provide quality health care, community outreach, and hope to the people of Saint Rock, Haiti. At the health centers in St. Rock and Macaco more than 60,000 registered patients are provided with unwavering access to dignified health care. SRHF has broken ground for a new clinic to address increased patient volumes and expand medical services including maternal and infant health.
Early bird tickets are $150, after April 7 tickets are $175. Young professional tickets (ages 18-30) are $100. Tickets will be available by sending a check to SRHF, 372 Granite Ave., Suite 1, Milton, MA 02186 or go to www.saintrock.org to pay online. There are sponsorship opportunities available. Join in to support the ongoing work of the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation.
