I love shining light on all the positives of an introverted entrepreneur. You have important skills that inherently make you a great business owner and leader. Here are three reasons why introverts make excellent leaders:
Being a great listener is a superpower! Listening intently and providing meaningful feedback allows customers and team members to feel heard and appreciated. It also allows you to understand and relate better.
Being observant makes a great optimizer! You see things others take for granted or completely miss. You are able to be methodical and process-driven. You take into consideration people and processes and how to keep everything balanced and harmonious.
Being a strong giver means you live to serve! Serve your customers, team members, community, and colleagues. Introverts are far less likely to micromanage and prefer to empower people. You don't expect anything in return, you live with a purpose to serve.

One of my favorite family trips was to Tanzania. For those who haven’t been, it’s a beautiful country with beautiful people and animals. A memory I will cherish forever.
Experiences shape who we are and whether that’s flying to somewhere new and exotic or trying something new for the first time, it takes us out of our comfort zones and makes us better humans and business owners for it.

I have worn many hats during my 10+ years in the marketing industry. Within that time, I have worked for and with marketing agencies. Without getting into the pros and cons of why one should or should not work with one, I knew without a doubt I could help businesses grow their online presence better than most agencies out there. In fact, the results and the overwhelming data proved it. The biggest complaint I hear from business owners is that It’s hard for them to stay on track and post consistently on social media with so much going on. So, if you aren’t in a financial position to outsource your social media, the best advice I have is to find a way to make it enjoyable and beneficial for yourself and your audience.
How to get started:
📱 Focus on one platform, pick the platform where you can make the biggest impact.
📱Pick a cadence and stick to it. I recommend posting a minimum of 3x per week. Schedule your posts 30-days ahead and post in real-time as needed (pay for a social media scheduler – they aren’t expensive and save you valuable time).
📱 Generating content should be easy if you are already posting blogs and nurturing your clients via emails. Repurpose content and create new content that will add value and highlight your service and value proposition. You’ll find that you end up posting more like 5 to 7x a week over time.
If you can stick to this schedule for 6-12 months, you will gather valuable insights on which posts are forming well and optimize your posting strategy based on data trends.

If you're looking for an easy win (who isn't?!), here are some tips to help you repurpose content!
- Repeat/Repost content that's performed well
- Repurpose content for Paid Per Click (PPC) ads that's had a high conversion and high engagement rate
- Repurpose high-performing content into several different mediums (blogs, podcast, video, reel, lead magnet, etc.)
In order to take advantage of repurposing content, ensure you are tracking insights and analytics across all platforms (social, email, website, etc.).
