Jennifer holds a BA in East Asian Studies and MBA from the College of William and Mary.

Born and raised in Louisiana. Melissa's father started in this industry as a used car salesman and worked his way up to and became a dealer in 1989 when he and his brother got their first point, an Acura store, quickly followed by their first INFINITI point that is still thriving today. Melissa's father is still a dealer down there and my brothers are running the shop.
Melissa joined her father's group full-time after college and helped build their internet and marketing departments and helped launch 2 new points within 6 months of each other. The group's second INFINITI point and a brand new Subaru point. She was lucky enough, in that time, to learn an immeasurable amount from some very talented mentors across all parts of the industry.
Melissa left the family business 10 years ago when she was recruited by FCA to be the Digital Marketing Manager in the Midwest. She has since been recruited from role to role, moving to the provider side, consulting, and now at PureCars.

Fixed Ops Friday with special guest Chris Schaubert

Chris started out his automotive career in 2003. Starting in sales and then moving to the internet sales manager for three years. After this, he moved over to the fixed operations side of the business and began as a warranty administrator. Chris worked through many service/parts positions and then moved from a service manager to a fixed operations director. Years later Chris would get the opportunity to take over a Nissan and CDJR dealership as a general manager and loved every minute. Afterward, started his own consulting business for fixed operations and then joined the Ron Marhofer Auto Family, becoming the Fixed Operations Director. Schaubert currently oversees over 200 employees, 5 dealerships, and two collision centers. Chris is passionate about making an impact in lives daily and growing individuals in their homes and communities.
