Your clients face different financial challenges as they progress through life. Ideally, you’re discussing these issues during client meetings. But if you have 100 or more clients, you may not be able to meet with them more than once or twice a year. A lot can happen during that time, so it might be useful to apply more indirect ways to identify topics they’re interested in.
