carita—this emerged as an attempt to “simplify” feelings. emotions are nothing but simple, they’re complex and multiple emotions can co-exist in time and space. these lil linos is my way of saying it’s not only possible to be sad and happy at the same time, but that it’s okay to feel them and it’s okay to feel confused by it too. feeling the feels is integral to healing.

at first I wasn’t sure what audio I wanted playing on this reel & I remembered my reading on #QuantumListening abt how “human values are developed through the experience of listening” so I opted for putting no sound & instead share what it sounds like for me to get ready.
