Our anniversary dinner was at this place and it was a fantastic meal and experience!! Thank you Chef David Viana (Top Chef: Season 16 Kentucky contestant and someone I've had the privilege to teach me some things in the kitchen) and congratulations on being named one of the 50 best restaurants in America!

I was excited to make this one for National Sandwich day on Nov 3rd.

This steak sandwich . . .

Bone marrow butter on the bottom layer, add some arugula, then layered with skirt steak, topped with the best steak sauce in the world (an incredible Béarnaise sauce) and finished off with crispy shallots and then shoved down the pie hole.

My attempt at a little fine dining. Pan seared chilean sea bass over a bed of oven roasted broccolini topped with some crispy fried shallots and a saffron beurre blanc sauce.
