Catholics need to be more vocal and aware of this potential challenge to their religious liberty.

Kamala Harris was asked by a reporter: “what concessions would be on the table” when considering federal laws on abortion and specifically whether she would consider “religious exemptions.”

“I don’t think we should be making concessions when we’re talking about a fundamental freedom to make decisions about your own body,” Harris responded

Furthermore in this article:

“In 2019, Harris introduced the Do No Harm Act, which would have scaled back religious liberty exemptions to government mandates…This would have eliminated religious exemptions to any coverage related to abortion, contraception, transgender surgeries, or any other health care issue.”

In addition to this, I bring to your attention that when a California Senator, Harris questioned judicial nominees about being part of the Knights of Columbus, a faithful Catholic fraternity. Peter Phipps was asked if he would “carry out [the Knights of Columbus] mission”? She was plainly asking him if he would act in accordance with his Catholic faith.

Today is the feast day of Bl. Carlo Acutis, the patron of our apostolate, Isidore Acutis Mary, or I AM Catholic.

I got to see him face to face last summer. He was taller than I imagined, but his aurea of purity and sanctity was just as I imagined.

While in that church, looking up at the crucifix where St. Francis heard the words of Jesus: “Rebuild my Church”, I realized the dedication set before me to build up the apostolate I find myself leading.

To end this day of celebration, I just finished renewing my consecration to Jesus in the Most Holy Eucharist!

I AM Catholic is also a proponent of the Confraternity of Carlo Acutis, the first of its kind society for digital missionaries. We strive to imitate Bl. Carlo, who is the ultimate digital disciple.

Bl. Carlo Acutis, soon to be Saint, pray for us!

Does anyone know a priest, very well in touch with digital evangelization, who would be a good fit for a Catholic Creators advisory board?

We are an apostolate of digital disciples fighting on the frontlines of the New Evangelization, building up the Church with new technologies.

The goal of an advisory board is to faithfully guide and steer the apostolate in the right direction.

This is not a non-profit board, so there will be no obligated meetings. There is also no expected work or volunteer efforts. If need be, the team will be able to vote on important matters, share concerns, and provide ideas.

So again, I ask, are you a priest or deacon who may be interested in advising for something like this. Do you know anyone else who may be interested? Feel free to dm me, leave a comment, or tag them here.

At a time like this, why are Catholics fragmenting themselves with division on the internet?

Why do I daily see attacks against the Holy Father? Did the Apostles attack Peter with such fury?

Why is jealousy and competition causing content creators to publicly condemn and critique other digital evangelists? Is the vineyard not large but the harvesters so few?

Do views and followers matter more than souls saved?

When the resounding din of chaos already rings so loudly, how is the beauty of Christ and His Church going to sing for all to hear when the voice of evangelization is as garbled as it is now?

Happy birthday to Mary, the Mother of Our Savior Jesus, who by her conformity to the will of God-“be it done unto me according to thy word”-helped save the race of men.

Mary is the ultimate Christian, and the best model of virtue for us mere men. She excelled in every virtue beyond all of the other saints combined at the very moment of her birth. We can mediate, by becoming more like Mary, and accepting God’s will for our own lives, we too can participate in the salvific mission of Christ. If there is joy in saving our own soul, how much more joy in saving the souls of our family, friends, and neighbors?

Let us all call upon the help of the Queen of Heaven and the guide of all Christians.

IVF is “morally unacceptable” and a grave offense against God, human dignity, the natural order, and the rights of the unborn.

At this moment, in America, around a million babies have been conceived outside of their mothers’ wombs and remain frozen in peril. Thousands of human babies are used for experiments and countless others killed and discarded if there is no use for them.

What about a child born through IVF? That child is accorded as much dignity, love, and respect as any other child. But a good end, does not justify evil means.

“Let’s do evil that good may come of it”? Their condemnation is deserved. (Romans 3:8)

An infertile woman does have a hard cross to carry, and is deserving of compassion and charity. She has other means for pro-fertility treatment which do not involve evil. A child must remembered to be a gift, and not a product of technology.

Let us pray that Donald Trump change his stance on IVF, and pray the same for all politicians entrusted to protect the rights of all unborn Americans.

Trump’s announcement today about potentially mandating insurance companies to provide IVF is owed full condemnation. For as many potential voters that he was trying to please, the majority unaware of the immoral essence of IVF, I predict that he will upset many more Christians and conservatives. His wager was that he wouldn’t lose the vote of us Christians because he is still not as radical as the alternative Kamala Harris.

Therefore, we as Christians must continue to make our voice heard, or our voice will lose its depth in politics and civil life. A people open themselves up to innumerable dangers when God is ignored.

If we do not speak up, our condemnation shall be deserved.
