Small changes will get you where you want to go! I'm reading Atomic Habits right now and this statement is so fitting! Had a LATE night last night and about 9 pm realized I hadn't eaten 🤯.
I know we all do this, forget to eat...I was in a hotel and the only thing there was skittles and Dorito's 🤷‍♀️....guess what I ate? Yup...and you know what I didn't die...nor give up. New day today and another chance for a do over! Small, little changes ( like starting again) is what will get me to my goal!
