Do you know someone who is deserving of a regional EMS award? Then please take the opportunity today to nominate them!

This year we will recognize our nominees and award winners at the TEMS Regional Awards Ceremony which will be integrated into the 2022 Tidewater Healthcare Education (THE) Expo. THE Expo will be held May 10-15, 2022 with the awards ceremony being held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, 7:00 pm at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Chesapeake. At a semi-formal dinner, nominees and award winners have the opportunity to invite their families to share in being recognized as some of the BEST in the region. TEMS also believes we have the BEST agencies and providers in the state.

The Tidewater EMS Council serves community primarily through three programs:
- EMS system planning and coordination for 10 cities and counties in Southeastern Virginia and Virginia's Eastern Shore
- Implementation and sustainment of the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Medical Response System
- Coordination and support of the Eastern Virginia Healthcare Coalition
