Recently connected with a good friend of mine in Houston (a high producing Real Estate Agent & Developer) and she took me to her local and F45 gym.

After the workout I asked her how she plans on maintaining a healthy lifestyle over the holidays and going into the new year.

All she said was simply SHOW UP. That’s all it takes, just show up a couple of times a week.

A 3G KINDA WORKOUT: Go - Get In - Get Out

It’s Fitness for busy people. It’s time, it’s efficiency, it’s ex*****on. All requires having a plan and setting specific goals. It’s a full body movement, flexibility, agility, it’s about functionality; all the things that equals a healthy lifestyle.

After 10+ years of doing this I’m at a point of being able to see the world as my gym and being able to fully utilize every tools and resources around me to adapt real time and create a plan within seconds of being on site.

It takes a lot of time, research and experience. Happy to help with programs or overall getting you on the right track.

The importance of keeping up with your fitness journey as a busy person:

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of reconnecting with one of my best friends in Pittsburgh, pediatric dentist .jjoseph at

One of the most business minded doctors you will ever meet. It’s great to have like-minded people in your network.

Anyways per usual every time we connect I put him to work because fitness is a lifestyle! On our 10K morning run I decided to ask him one question, how important is it for busy people to keep up with their fitness journey?

Adventure Runs - What are they?

Adventure runs are the best ways of getting to know a new city, environment or a new neighborhood!

The concept derived in DC (most likely on a train or flight) over 5+ years ago, like most of what you see now, such as the 3G brand & messaging: “Go-Get In-Get Out”, “Fitness for Busy People”, “Creating a lifestyle change” etc.

At the time I was getting my master's and actively working as a Medical Device Product Manager traveling 2-3x a month globally. Restaurant foods & hotel gyms became the norm.

Long-distance running was becoming top of mind as an adult. Adventure runs were creative ways of me training for upcoming races while on the go!

Now that you know the meaning of adventure runs, I look forward to getting updates of all your ADVENTURE RUNS!

"My" Fitness Journey is a Podcast/Platform developed to educate and redefine what it means to be fit.

Social Media has created an unhealthy environment and often sets unrealistic expectations on what it means to be fit.

The goal is to educate people on the idea that one person's PERSONAL journey is different from yours, and there are several factors that play into their success: Mindset, Experience, Diet, Genetics, Anatomy, etc.

Embrace your journey and don't be so quick to want to be like others, without understanding why and how. It leads to disappointment, self-doubts and injuries.

The hope is that "My" Fitness Journey will not just provide a story-telling platform, it will once again educate and break down misconceptions.
