Do you have challenges staying organized?

One of the things I really wanted to focus on last year was being more disciplined in order to have more peace in life. I realized that planning my day and having a routine allows me to be more creative. I know this may seem surprising, but it's true!

Now we move to scrambled eggs. We worked hard on getting a nice creamy egg by moving it constantly over medium heat.

This weeks lesson was Eggs. Students learned how to crack them ( without getting shells in) and mixing them properly. Very impressed by how quick they picked everything up!
