As we prep for the 5th Anniversary Special, this August, we wish to introduce our attendees to the Azure Lorica Summer Gala: our latest annual arts festival.

Here, the FanFilm Awards () and Book Dragons Fete () will be hosted, and a full ensemble ready to read books and scripts for our Authors and Filmmakers attending.

The Summer Gala is also offering Industry and Press Passes. Though an online festival, this international exclusivity is allowing us to provide privileges that we couldn't have had without your continued support. The tickets are at a humble $20 for regular attendees. Industry and Press Passes are available for free. So as long as you show us your credentials or if your a book author we've published, then you are welcome to join us for the event. (More details via blog: gala.azurelorica.org).

There are two Vromans bookstores in Pasadena, one on Colorado Blvd (which is easy to find next to Target), and the mysterious one that's impossible to find. So, here's the address, and please use Google Maps: 3729 E Foothill Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91107

Its next to Whole Foods. And if you've driven twice around the block, there's a Bevmo across the street. I swear, it's like looking for Big Foot, but its worth it. Both Vroman's a great.

Ladies and Gentlemen, presenting the original destroyer of the book world. What originally was a craft became an industrial nightmare for many Publishers. By making impossibly large bulk orders and publishing pop stars, Barnes and Noble devalued a book's price nearly 5 times below its worth - socially impressing the idea of $2 books as a norm in America.

Amazon just made it an international problem...

We hope to one day have book signings and readings here. The staff are nice, and their collection is amazing. Highly recommended for the horror buff at heart.
