The Rittenhouse judgement simply and clearly substantiates how corrupt and depraved our justice system has become. It is now in your face that a child can take an AR-15 across state lines and randomly kill anyone they choose without penalty and Wall Street and fraudulent lawfirms can steal any home they choose whether the owner is current on their mortgage or not is simple a travesty of justice. It was a year ago today that I sent the "completed" file of my manuscript to my first editor. The legal documents and exhibits in this book were a challenge to make it right for publishing. To say the least...

A lot has happened in this past year: a publishing firm, a couple of editors, a few proofers, a few beta readers, a cover artist, a couple of formatters and many, many, many, many readers!

I thought that suing Wells Fargo Bank for fraud, while acting as my own attorney in CA state, appellate, state supreme, as well as, federal district court was difficult. However, creating the book, Quantum of Justice, has been the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I wanted to give up countless times, but remained relentless. The muse would never let me quit no matter how much I may have wanted. The excitement, headaches, tears, aggravation, ptsd, anxiety, sleepless nights, years of research, boxes of notes and files are now truly a published book.

I am so proud of this 446 page organized and beautiful "mess" of non-fiction. With so much of the feedback I have received from people across the country and "across the pond" I am very proud of the work.

I am thankful that it has become a piece of work that thousands of people use for solace during what will be one of their most difficult moments in their lives, through the nuggets of information inside that become insight and ideas that help people use to formulate their own legal posturing and honing their arguments against a fraudulent and extremely flawed judicial system that is owned by Wall Street.

I knew upon completion that this tome would be out of my hands and take on a life of its own. It would become its own living entity that other people will adopt into their own lives and consciousness.

When I set out to do my book, Quantum of Justice, I knew upon completion and its release that the book would be out of my hands and would take on a life of its own. And it has done just that.

I am very humbled by the responses I have received from this decade long project. I thought it would hit a nerve and it has. I knew the information would be timely and it is. I knew that I had experienced and uncovered some incredible information about the fraud and corruption of our judicial system and the world of real estate that would turn things upside down because of how the courts have tried so hard to silence the information and keep it from the public.

What I did not fully comprehend is the depth of reach it might lead to. I have received messages from politicians, attorneys generals, lawyers, professers, Hollywood heads and so much more in their own personal responses to the book and how it has affected them in their work and lives.

I pinch myself sometimes. I have been asked to speak to the International BAR Association about what I learned, experienced and have uncovered. I was told by a board member of the organziation that it would better serve the international legal community if I present my research to this organization rather than the American BAR Association. The reasons are clear in that the American judicial system tried to silence my findings. So, the international association would welcome this talk and review American systemic legal practices. Sanctions, penalties, review and recourse could be be an outcome as they are the higher legislative body to the world of law.

I have been given the option to speak at one of their conferences in L.A., D.C., or Tunis, Tunisia, in 2022. My first inclination was to go to Tunis. Because, it's Tunis. The second inclination is to speak in Washington D.C., because it is the political capital of our country and filled with non practicing lawyers who are now politicians and lobbyists. Those who tend manipulate the law rather than use it and put it to its best use for the public good. My third inclination was to head down to Los Angeles. Eh.

I know the right decision and conference location will present itself. I look forward to how it will all play out. I welcome the discussions that my speaking will introduce. I am excited to see the changes that could occur due to my participation using this platform.

The U.S. Court of Appeals upheld the eviction moratorium of the CDC. This is now scheduled to lift on October 3, 2021. There are millions of renters and hundreds of thousands of landlords who remain in the balance as the government seems to have a difficult time with the distribution of the $45B that was earmarked to offset the Covid lockdown financial results for owners and their tenants.

There are eviction filings happening across the nation just setting themselves up for the moment that the lift takes place. Upon this there will be millions slated to lose their homes or their investment properties. In the meantime, large Wall Street investment firms ready themselves to pick up the deals created in the mayhem and chaos.
