ONE HELD – SEIZED 19-OXYGEN CYLDINERS BY WEST ZONE TASK FORCE TEAM
On 29-04-2021, the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone Team, Hyderabad along with drug control officials raided on Godown of “Ayesha Enterprises” at # H no 9-8-110/3,Dhankota,Golkonda, Hyderabad apprehended (01) respondent by name Md Abdul Kareem who were selling Oxygen Cylinders without any valid permission from the concern authorities and earning money illegally. Seized-19 Cyldiners from Md Abdul Kareem and 19-Cylinders from his possession.
Particulars of the Accused persons:-
1. Md Abdul Kareem S/o Md Abdul Ghouse, age 32 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o H no 9-8-110/3,Dhankota,Golkonda, Hyderabad.
On Enquiry it revealed that the respondent Md Abdul Kareem is running a Ayesha Enterprises where he sell Oxygen Cylinders at Attapur. Due to Covid-19 incidents most of the public is suffering for non availability of Oxygen Cylinders in the Hospitals. As such the accused Md Abdul Kareem hatched a plan to sell the oxygen cylinders on higher rates and brought the cylinders to his residency address at Dhankota, Golkonda. (i.e Black Marketing) to earn money illegally. On credible information the West Zone Task Force team along with Drug Inspector raided on his residence and found that he is selling Oxygen Cylinders without any valid permission from the concern authorities on high rates and earning money illegally. As such he was apprehended and seized 19-Oxygen Cylinders from his possession.
1) 19 Oxygen Cylinders each having 07 Qubic meters.
The raid was conducted under the supervision of Sri P.Radha Kishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri P.Rajesh, Inspector of Police, West Zone Team, Drug Inspectors, Mehidepatnam Divisions, Hyderabad with the assistance of SIs Sri P.Mallikarjun, Sri Md Mujaffar Ali, Sri N.Ranjith Kumar, and the Staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad.
