Iâve known about the keyboard hobby back in 2019 when @cirocksf bought an artisan keycap from @tinymakesthings at @designercon, but having to dive into the hobby myself the past year has been one hell of an experience so far.

The community - theyâre truly the heart of this culture. From keyboards to keycaps, these well crafted bespoke products are made by the people for the people, so without the community then the keyboard culture wouldnât be what it is today.
_
Craftsmanship - Keyboards, switches, PCB, keycaps and beyond have all been thoughtfully designed and engineered to provide the sound, feel, and aesthetic that one is trying to achieve in building their own keyboard. Iâm no engineer by any means, but itâs been dope to learn machining process and how sound travels through different materials since Iâve came delved into the hobby.

Friends - All the streamers, keyboard designers, keycap designers, artists, vendors, and beyond have really made this to be an amazing experience for me. Iâm super appreciative of yall for welcoming me with open arms, and looking forward to growing with you all in this community! â€ïž
