HOW TO EVANGELIZE BY MYLES MUNROE:
1. Don't criticize, nor complain. Listen and try to put yourself in their shoes.
2. Make friends before converts - Remember how Jesus conversed with the Samaritan woman.
3. Be interested in what the other person wants; With Peter, Jesus talked about fish; With the Samaritan woman, Jesus talked about water.
4. Become genuinely interested in people and talk about their interest. Jesus was always interested in the people He met. He asked them what they wanted Him to do.
5. Give your best first impression: SMILE.
6. Remember and call their names: Look at Paul's letters. He always mentioned names. People's names matter to them. So, call it as you converse with them.

In 2002, while in my early 20's, I moved from Oconee County to Greenville County. My parents had joined a ministry called A Shepherds Heart Ministries, under the Leadership of Apostle Annie T. Broughton, who shortly after I arrived assigned me to serve as Youth Pastor. Our church was a daughter church of the Redemption Ministerial Fellowship and I began going through the necessary classes at Redemption to receive my ministry certification and license. One individual who made an impact on my ministry and took me in as a mentee was Pastor Hasker Hudgens. A high-school friend of mine, Minister of Music, Brandon Moore, was also attending attending his class on evangelism and afterwards, Brandon and I would spend hours in the parking lot talking about what we had learned in Pastor Haskers class.

I remember Pastor Hasker inviting me to some of the Operation GO Saturday events and bus routs. One Saturday, he handed me the mic even allowed me a few minutes to hype the kids up. After the training, we had our licensing ceremony, we were anointed, and recieved impartation from Apostle Carpenter, and recieved our certificates.

I took this training back to my home church and implemented much of the training I received. Our church bought a 15 passenger van and every Wednesday for several years, I would get off from work, go directly to the church, make sure the youth area was clean and set up, drive the van to Pizza Hut to pick up pizza, drinks, and other snacks, drop off the pizza at the church, go back out to Grove Station and other neighborhoods to pick up kids, (sometimes multiple trips), then I would teach biblical study, drop the kids back off at their homes, come back to the church and clean the youth area, and lock the church. Then I would do the same on Sundays. It was a lot of work but I was simply following the example of a ministry giant who had set the standards of youth evangelism in the Greenville area. This teaching and training helped to make me who I am today.

Years later, as my wife and I began to hear the lord concerning our school of ministry, Pastor Hasker served as a voice of counsel and asked us very necessary questions to help us make sure that we were starting off in the right direction. He and Pastor Deanna also allowed us to hold our second Anniversary and Graduation Ceremony at the Equipping Center.

Today, i am 41 years old, and as an Apostolic leader in the body of Christ, and as I continue to give honor to those who have help to equip me for the work of the ministry, I wanted to give space for Pastor Hasker Hudgens. He is the true epitome of "I Am Evangelism."

So grafteful to God for the opportunity to receive an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity degree this weekend. Thirty-six years of ministry and a lifetime of God’s faithfulness. I am living proof that He closes doors but will also open doors that you didn’t even think you could possess. What a mighty God we serve!

The LORD Will Save

"I will say of the Lord, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.’ Surely He will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.” Ps. 91: 2,3.

I read the story of a painting that showed the devil at a chessboard with a young man. The devil had just made his move, and the canvass shows the young man with his queen checkmated. For a time that picture hung; and no one was ever able to make an encouraging comment upon it until one day Paul Morphy, the great chess genius, was brought to see it. He stood there studying the picture and then, as if speaking to the young man who was defeated by the devil, he cried out, “There’s your move, young man!”

There is always a move to take you out of the devil’s trap when you call on Jesus Christ, the Great Savior of the world. In case you are trapped in life’s game without knowing what to do, your next move is this, “Everyone who calls on the Name of the Lord will be saved.”
Rom. 10:13.

When you believe in Jesus Christ and call on His Name, you have taken your move to begin your victory. In His Name you have His victory, His host of Angels to fight for you, His ministering Angels to provide for you, His armor to protect and defend you, and His mercy to mediate for you.

Here is the enemy’s future: “And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” Rev. 20:10. Jesus won the salvation for all mankind. He lives forever as the victorious Savior of the world, King of Glory, and the King of kings and Lord of Lords. Trust in Him and you will be saved.

Kingdom Declaration:
Jesus is my Savior and the Savior of the world.
