Magnolia Drive is an all-around great-sounding bluegrass band bringing a wealth of talent from the great Magnolia state, Mississippi. They are Don Robinson on banjo and vocals; Steve “Speed” Nowell on bass and vocals; Mike Nowell on guitar and vocals; and Cory Burton on mandolin and vocals. "Mountain Rose" features special guests Glen Harrell on fiddle and Tim Hathorn on Dobro. Be sure to look for their new single, "Mountain Rose", available now on Mountain Fever Records !

New Release from the 'Po! The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys’, that is! Their new album "Never Slow Down" represents the latest chapter of the GRAMMY-nominated, IBMA-winning group with the addition of fiddler Laura Orshaw as an official band member. “Laura has been filling in for us since 2017, and she’s been part of the band for the last two years now,” bandleader C.J. Lewandowski says. “So, it’s five of us now. She gels perfectly with what we want to do in the studio and onstage—when the creative juices get flowing, the music gets hot.” In singing the refrain of the latest Hazel Dickens classic “Ramblin’ Woman,” Orshaw channel’s Dickens’ inflections with lively energy, standing toe to toe with her male bandmates’ musicianship, leading the charge for women in bluegrass as Hazel did.

"What I Didn't Say" is written by Glen Harrell about his personal experience loosing his parents recently, and features his talents on fiddle and lead vocal. Aaron Ramsey is on mandolin, Jacob Burleson on guitar and harmony vocal, Jeff Partin offers bass and harmony vocal, and Patton Wages performs on banjo. Look for this project on Fever Records !

Have you heard it yet? Kristin Scott Benson (five-time IBMA Banjo Player of the Year, recipient of the Steve Martin Award for Excellence in Bluegrass and Banjo and member of the GRAMMY-nominated Mountain Home artist The Grascals) and her husband, award-winning mandolinist Wayne Benson (25-year veteran of the seven-time IBMA Vocal Group of the Year, Russell Moore and IIIrd Tyme Out) have signed with Mountain Home for their first joint creative endeavor, a duo simply named Benson. This new project has been 22 years in the making, the couple married in 2000 and have never collaborated as joint artists. Be listening to this new project, on Pick One!

Who is that talented new face? It's Jaelee Roberts! Jaelee is no stranger to Bluegrass music. Born to veteran music professionals, she grew up backstage at the Grand Ole Opry and in the middle of rehearsals, business meetings and recording sessions, along with plenty of festivals and concerts. She got her start singing in church at an early age, which eventually led to winning music and dance competitions and attracting attention for her rich voice and interpretative ability. She’s recorded with her father, The Grascals’ Danny Roberts and with the Tom T. and Dixie Hall-backed Daughters of Bluegrass; and been a vocal track participant in the industry-leading GRAMMY Camp.

More recently, Jaelee appeared in the 2020 IBMA Songwriter Showcase and made her first singing appearance at the Grand Ole Opry as a guest with the IBMA’s Entertainers of the Year, Sister Sadie. To find out more about Jaelee, visit her website, https://jaeleerobertsmusic.com.
