From Our Family to Yours!

Meet the Chiefs ‘Executive assistant!”
This is our one and only Debbie Light. Deb is a graduate of the Oxford High class of 1977. She has been serving the town of Oxford since 1986. Many of you may recognize her from your fi****ms licensing as she is the person in charge of intake. Deb has done so much for the town of Oxford in her 37 years here!
She has run operation Santa for many many years which has given back to this community so much! She has hosted an annual turkey run. She puts together baskets of Thanksgiving dinners for families who can not afford them. She has also been putting together winter jacket drives for years to help keep citizens warm who can not afford a new jacket! Deb is the type of person who does these things for no other reason than she loves to help people and has a huge heart. Knowing her she would want me to thank all of the people who have helped her and made generous donations along the way.
On top of all of that, she takes care of the men and women of the police department like we are her children. Her title is as important as it sounds and we want to thank Debbie for all of her hard work, dedication and care she has given us all these years. She does so much around the police department and has so many responsibilities it’s impossible to list.
We love you Deb! Thank you ❤️🙏
