It’s the same concept as using other people’s money to invest. There’s no difference, and if you can sustain as the market goes up while keeping your expenses low, you can barrow from it at a low interest to fund your business.

You are removing the traditional bank process and you are basically paying yourself back; that’s a win situation. Tip.
