I am super thankful for the opportunity to learn and be better in my endeavors!

Annville, PA- What once was a very controversial conversation in Lebanon County will have its destiny being decided on April 5th, the residents of North Annville Township will come together to hear the official decision that could decide the destiny of the solar farm project in the area. The proposal of a 858-acre solar farm has come with multiple community members sharing their view as to why that should not happen.

I recently have been reading a book 📕 named “ is Good” and one of the phrases that has been the most impactful to me is one that says “ essentially are acting like psychopaths”. 💴

In the book, the authors explain that corporations in States serve with the only purpose of making more and not for the benefit of the 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

I think that is good but it needs a to go from to where employees of companies are also and everyone gets one 🗳 instead of votes being based on how many of a business one particular individual or organization may own

That is why I will be changing the structure of my moving forward. I will run businesses where everyone gets only one vote no matter the amount of shares they may own in the cooperative 📄 creating more balance in the decision making 😆

This is how can be fixed in because when everyone has a vote and ownership the business become one that only focuses on benefiting owners and founders to benefiting everyone who is within the organization 📈

I am thankful for my mentor Kevin St. Cyr and the opportunity that I had to present this morning at the Lancaster-Lebanon SCORE chapter meeting about one of my companies Q'Hubo News LLC and the success we had by winning runner up at The Great Lebanon PItch hosted by the and their Center for entrepreneurial excellence ( ). Kevin and Norma Hernandez Rivera, another SCORE mentor coached me before providing the presentation at the Chamber’a competition.

I look forward to more opportunities to work with SCORE and the amazing resources they provide!

As the owner of multiple businesses I have to say that the Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corporation and their president Susan Eberly have been a GREAT resource in guidance and the introduction to opportunities. The same goes for Karen Groh and the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce and The Center Lebanon in empowering small business owners.

I am looking forward to working with Kutztown University SBDC and their FREE business consulting program as I continue to grow as a business owner.
