While I greatly appreciate Pete Carroll's effect on Seattle Sports, the current atmosphere of canonizing him going on currently is totally ignoring that Pete Carroll is the whole reason this team is in the position it's in. They aren't good and it's because of his roster moves and personnel decisions. Clint Hurtt was his call. Trading Russ to salvage the mess from the Adams trade (worst roster move since Mirer), the great Linemen conversion project era.... the list goes on and on.

He deserved to be fired.

The "near interception" Stat that PFF included in their rating of Geno Smith has been on full display tonight. If anything that stat quantifies bad decisions into stat format. He could have 4 or five interceptions tonight.

21 points scored on them in the first half at home on national television. Geno has 2 turnovers and 3 points and is every bit as incompetent as his career Stat line says he is. This is supposed to the team Pete Carroll wanted, complete with LOB 2.O and yet they are barely in the convo for middle of the road team. At some point Carroll's seat needs to start warming up.

Finally swapped in the 18i8! The original plan was to swap after the move but this unit isn't bus powered and it's taken me this long to find the box it was packed in 😂
