🚨🚨🚨You always hear the term “Spiritual bypassing”.. but that’s not what’s really going on... bc you are a SPIRIT-UAL BEING having HUMAN experience!…

✅✅✅It’s human bypassing!! You are busy Judging your human. Shaming it. Comparing your human to all other humans. Belittling it. Neglecting it. Fearing it. Hating it!!

💔Things get too heavy and lonely.. so you start to numb the pain away… don’t bypass that pain though… stop judging that pain… love on that pain… and it will dissipate. The more you “run” or “mask” it the harder the fall will feel for you later… be courageous… be so damn courageous.. look yourself in the mirror and be everything you need yourself to be!!

Day 4 of 12 Day of “Calm in the Chaos” of The Christmas Season! Change with Colleen

Journaling is a great way to MOVE the energy!
Getting all of your thoughts and feelings out of you and onto the paper!! It’s a release and a way to move the stories and stagnancy that have been within you for however long!

Think of all the past Christmases before… all of the things you wanted to say and didn’t, all of the things you did say.. and later may have felt some type of way about it.. the feelings you felt… who was there.. who wasn’t there… WRITE IT ALL DOWN- GET IT OUT OF YOU.. keep it or burn it… it doesn’t matter just MOVE THAT ENERGY…

And I CHALLENGE you to step OUTSIDE of your comfort zone and write a FORGIVENESS letter to ANYONE that you felt wronged you during the holiday season…. And THEN a forgiveness letter to yourself..

At this point either: Send it, keep it, tear it, burn it!! It doesn’t matter JUST GET THE stagnancy of judgement OUT OF YOUR WAY!!
