Position Responsibilities

Lead Human Resources for one of our top-performing locations

Consult with leadership in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment, succession plans, employee relations, performance, development, compensation, benefits, communications and overall people effectiveness.

Focus on managing full-cycle recruitment, recruiting and meeting staffing needs.

Partner with Corporate HR to deliver HR processes and program for alignment to business and company goals. Participate in key HR projects.

Manage HR team that provides support to Customer Service, Warehouse and Sales employees.


Preferred Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.

3+ years experience in human resources. 3+ years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership / management skills.

Responsibilities:

Manages calendar and appointments, resolves scheduling conflicts coordinating with attendees

Creates travel plans and itineraries, chooses travel accommodations within budgetary constraint

Include obtaining foreign visas and other travel document requirements.

Organizes and coordinates internal and external meetings; manages detailed logistics as necessary

Organizes team events or luncheons including budgeting, vendor selection, and vendor management

Attend meetings to participate in topics, capture action items and publish.

Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties

Manages expense reporting process for the executive and leadership team members
Manages and maintains executive level contacts inside and outside of company

Writes, tracks and maintains complex correspondence in support of the executive
Responds to inquiries from company executives, internal stakeholders, and external contacts

Generally works on problems of diverse scope and complexity

Develops processes to prioritize activities, proactively initiate tasks, and oversee items to completion

Operates with little oversight to perform required responsibilities

Anticipates the needs of the VP/SVP and acts to carry out day-to-day tasks, and on routine issues

Preferred Qualifications :

4 years experience in administrative support for a technology, R&D or professional services organization

1 years experience in managing calendar, travel, expense reporting, and event logistics for executive/VP-level staff .
Demonstrated expertise in writing and verbal communications suitable for executive-level interactions

Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Experience providing administrate support for a divisional lead within a large corporate environment.

Post-secondary education/coursework in communications or business

Duties and Responsibilities

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival

Maintains security protocol by ensuring proper on/off boarding procedures

Manage incoming/outgoing deliveries and contacts appropriate recipients

Facilitate company business card order process and other print related material

Lead all aspects of office supply purchasing and maintain inventory for the training facility

Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with department rules and procedures

Manages external event calendar and provides support during events associated to the training facility

Supports continuity among department by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continual needs

Exercises effective vendor management by ensuring proper procedures and deliverables are being met

Researches biographies on new clients/visitors prior to their arrival to build knowledge and create a point of reference/conversation when they arrive

Execute purchase order process and ensure invoices are inputted expeditiously

Professionally administers all incoming calls to ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly. Communicate and follow up within department on problems related to building aesthetics and cleanliness

Exercise good judgement when dealing with sensitive information

Assist with event setup/breakdown needs at both the corporate office and training facility

Other duties as assigned

The Essentials


High school education or equivalent required.

College coursework/degree preferred.

One year of relevant office experience required.

Ideal candidate must present a professional and friendly image, excellent verbal, and written skills, and be detail oriented.

Candidate must also be a self-motivated individual who regularly takes initiative.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and juggle many tasks simultaneously needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Conduct cost analysis on financial programs and operations

Determine financial status and analyze forecast results

Perform month-end client valuation for assigned funds

Research and assess offshore and domestic fund options

Resolve accounting errors on a timely basis with documentation

Prepare profit and loss models

Supervise a team of Financial Analysts

Preferred Qualifications:

2- 3 years FP&A experience

1-2 years minimum supervisory

Manufacturing industry a plus

BS in Accounting or Finance

Advanced Excel using v-lookups and pivot tables + Power BI and building models

Strong attention to detail

Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
