The Perfect Sinkhole!
There are a lot of factors when it comes to Sinkholes.
Jeff Bush was swallowed alive by a Sinkhole under his house in the middle of the night.
A very common cause of sinkholes is Rain that has become acidic in our atmosphere that percolates through the ground and dissolves limestone below causing a cavity to form and the ground collapses.
Another factor is groundwater fluctuation usually caused by Rain.
Erosion is a big factor as well also caused by heavy Rains.
One big cause of groundwater fluctuation is pumping which could be from wells pumping water for drinking water. Irrigation can cause extreme groundwater fluctuation! That’s right Irrigation can cause Major Fluctuations in Groundwater!
Trees can cause problems to your houses floor slab. Tree Roots can cause cracking in your houses floor slab but can also help support your house where sinkhole conditions might be present.
Underground Caverns can be a very big factor as well!
That’s right there are underground rivers in Florida and people actually go diving in these underground caverns. There is an underground cavern that is approximately 11 miles long that goes from Weeki Wachee to New Port Richey. There are many of these caverns throughout Florida.
I’m Not an Engineer but I have worked for a few engineering companies and I also have experience in Irrigation.
One of the Engineering firms I worked for was heavily involved in Forensics.
So let’s look at another factor,
the Weather! That’s right it got Cold that night! It was close to freezing the night the sinkhole opened under Jeff Bushs’ bedroom.
So why is the cold weather important?
The Strawberry farmers turn on their pumps to irrigate their crops to protect the berries with a coat of ice. Just imagine how much water was pumped that night by all the local farms trying to save their Strawberries 🍓
So what caused the demise of Jeff Bush?
I would love to see the Soil testing results done after the sinkhole opened up.
Ultimately the extreme groundwater fluctuation in my opinion caused a strong vacuum under the house due to the cavern below not being able to breathe behind the house where the “former stream” was located

2 expected to become Cat 4 by landfall is ponding the Tampa Bay Area with Huge amounts of rain! I used to get Deployed on for the Power Company. I solved 129 power outages in 5 minutes!

Is the Home Depot going out of business?
Are they firing Employees after adding Self Checkout’s? I was very disappointed to make my selections and head to the checkout only to find they are all self checkout’s. I guess I will be shopping at Lowe’s in the Future!

I don’t recommend you have any service work done at
Southern Motors Honda in , Georgia. They must not CARE about their Customers or only want to do the easy repairs. The Management of the Service Department needs to be Replaced because it appears they have experienced and talented technicians but they couldn’t diagnose the Real Problem.
Sales force seems to be very friendly and wants to sell cars but what about when you need it serviced?

I had my car towed after being completely repaired and told it was good to go from where it broke down just south of all the way to which was over 200 miles away because I have had Great experiences there and trust them with my Pilot which is a $45,000 SUV. Don’t trust your vehicle to Clowns & Jokers or you might be stuck in the middle like I was! The temperature was below freezing at least one night I was stuck there without my vehicle. I want to thank the people at Waffle House!

Hurricane Ian Update
The path now has the Storm making landfall in Crystal River, Florida
The center of the Storm will be just offshore from Pinellas County
The winds from the Northwest seem to be pushing Ian closer to shore!
This path is just approximate and could and will probably change in the next few days.

and is nearing Cuba

This is an Alert to help you Prepare and Remain Safe! The path hasn’t changed much in the last couple hours and it is supposed to strengthen once it passes over Cuba and gets into the Warm Gulf of Mexico waters. The track it’s taking today brings it much closer to Tampa. It looks like it might be approximately 30 miles offshore as it passes Pinellas County. This path could change as it continues North fighting the oncoming winds. Keep watching for more updates and details.

The path of Ian was just Updated and brings the path of Hurricane just a little closer to County! It looks as if it will be a Cat 2 Hurricane with winds of around 127 mph and Ian will be moving at 6 mph to the North. Again these are Predictions to help you be aware so you can seek shelter and remain as Safe as possible knowing a little bit about what the forecast is for your area!

The path changed a little bringing it closer to the West Coast of Florida. It’s a Cat 1 right now but is expected to become up to a Cat 4 once it crosses Cuba and gets over the warm Gulf waters. It is still projected to make landfall in the area of where the pan and handle meet. This is set in stone so keep an eye 👁 on it until it passes your location. Listen and watch for updates as it could change course at any time. Be prepared to take cover if it gets close to your location. I have been deployed 8 times for Storm Duty with a large Power Company and I have seen the damage that a Cat 4 Hurricane can do. You only have One life to live so do it Safely.
Stay away from down wires!

Awesome lunch today Featuring Corned Beef, Cabbage, & Smashed Potatoes! I used some Pub Style Horseradish on it and was Incredible! The nice thing is the Corned Beef was half price.

Bought this sofa at furniture and they said they never had any problems with these. They sent a guy out to look at it and he said they’ll have to replace this. Weeks went by and I heard nothing!
This was around a $1,500 sofa. I guess I should have bought it somewhere else and I will next time for sure!
