My thoughts for having a Family Reunion Committee (FRC):

- Select people keeping current family as well as our ancestor’s information up to date, albeit revisions, deletions or additions (hard and soft copies).

- Select people who assists the current reunion host as needed.

- FRC annual meetings (once or twice a year) as needed.

- Select person or people to create a monthly or twice monthly e-newsletter to keep up with the going ons around the family.
This would also be a place to highlight family businesses.

I only covered a few things. Feel free to add more in comments.
