sonof a.... i set AME to encode 23 timelines, i go to bad after the 2nd one.... the 4th one failed and stopped the encode process, hours of idle computer time wasted.

i'm making a blu-ray disc of about 23 1/2 hrs of steve jobs speeches, keynotes, and other infoids. its coming out pretty good. i am exporting all the features right now and the main menu's have already been done. i'll work on pop-up menus for chapter nav next tomorrow or sunday or so. :)

and i have began to fix the bad frames on black shadows. the dvd is complete, but i am going over the source material frame by frame and fixing bad frames when they crop up. a lot of work, but it will be worth it in the end.

making some mad progress on these menu's. its actually looking pretty cool. stepping outside of what DVD Spec allows, with a few tricks... pretty cool.

i need to start pumping out some finished product... i have 4 projects that need to be finished: The Wedding DVD, Black Shadows, Huntiongtons Blu-Ray/DVD Combo Set, and an as of now un-named project. all sitting basically in post-prod. focus, focus!

oh yeah, Victoria Clark and i need to record the commentary, and then the Wedding DVD v2.0 will officially be done. glad... it looks way better than v1.0 i made in 2007 :D this one is in Dolby Digital 2.0, Dolby Digital 5.1, and DTS 5.1, as well as a Dolby 2.0 Commentary, and other fun bits.

so i guess i'll be recording a show tomorrow... this should be fun... have NO idea what the lighting or sound conditions will be... somewhat nervous it'll end up being a total bust. oh well...

Officially tested wedding DVD with both DTS 5.1 and DD 5.1 tracks, sounds great. DTS has more low-end, and more punch. i love this. all that is left is to record the commentary, and add a slide-show, and my Wedding DVD: Director's Cut will be complete. finally delete that crap off the computer!

HUGE NEWS (to me anyway). i just authored my first DVD in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound completely made from scratch, myself. so.... Kamikaze has officially stepped up to the big leagues. had to use 2 programs, but got it done.
