As we increase our bookings for not only weddings, but other photographic opportunities we wanted to take a minute to remind everyone that a deposit will be due upon booking. As our schedules begin to fill up professionally and personally we will not hold any dates for any reason without a deposit. If you would like to book our services a deposit will be required.

There is a lot of wisdom that comes from previous brides and generations. There is a lot you can learn there.

Remember: If you don’t like suggestions, opinions or ideas from anyone else it’s ok to tastefully and respectfully say “no thank you”.

A good idea to avoid conflict (if this is something you’re worried about) is ask for help on the things YOU want to happen.

👉For example: If you like your decor ideas better than Aunt Susan’s , simply say “thank you so much for the idea, but I’m actually going to stick with my original plan. If you would like to help with that I can certainly use the extra hands setting up!”
If Aunt Susan is a little extra sassy maybe soften the blow by telling her this in a funny accent. 🤷‍♀️

Just an idea…sometimes if you don’t tell them, they don’t know. 😉

This is the day you’ll never get back and should be done how you and your significant other desire. 🕊️
