FINANCIAL FREEDOM THROUGH PASSIVE INCOME
• My guests today are Paul Stafford and Miranda Phillips of Elite Wealth and Wellness. Paul and Miranda are both physicians, investors, philanthropists, and much more. Their company, Elite Wealth and Wellness, helps set people free to live life on their own terms through financial freedom. Paul and Miranda went from a negative net worth, to over 100 million in assets under management and passive income equivalent to 3 physician salaries. They offer courses that walk you step by step on how to achieve financial freedom through passive income.

WHAT WE DISCUSS
• Paul, Miranda, and I discuss their background growing up in small towns and what initially drew them to medicine. Neither Paul nor Miranda came from a family of doctors or wealth. They each discuss their travels to Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Kenya, and how important medical missions are to them. They discuss other interests apart from medicine such as soccer, philosophy, and flying. They share how the roots of Elite Wealth and Wellness began in 2015 with the goal of helping others create passive income which leads to financial freedom. They share how instead of escaping their lives, they figured out how to recreate their lives. They unpack the “why” behind the importance of financial freedom. You’ll hear them describe important concepts such as “herd mentality”, “passive cash flow”, “investable income”, “bad debt vs. good debt”, “consumer mindset vs. investor mindset”, and what it means to “buy geese instead of saving eggs.”
