WESTWOOD SHORES RESIDENTS:

FOCUS GROUP SELECTION:
The Strategic Planning Committee would like to invite those property owners who would like to participate in a Focus Group
to meet with us on Saturday evening, March 23, at 7:00pm at the clubhouse. There will be four (4) groups with eight (😎 members in each group. The names of property owners will be drawn from a “bingo basket” in order to ensure that everyone has an equal chance of participating.
The purpose of the Focus Group is to allow for amplification of questions from the survey and to receive input from the property owners as to what they value most about living in Westwood Shores as well as what they feel is important in looking forward to the future.
Group 1 will be comprised of “full-time” residents who are retired
Group 2 will be made up of “part-time" and "seasonal" residents
Group 3 will be comprised of “full-time residents who still work
Group 4 will be made up of residents who have children under the
age of 18
The Focus Groups will be held on Saturday, April 13.
Group 1 and 2 will meet at the POA office.
Group 1 will meet from 1:00pm-2:30pm
Group 2 will meet from 2:30pm-4:00pm
Group 3 and 4 will meet at the conference room at the clubhouse
Group 3 will meet from 1:00pm-2:30pm
Group 4 will meet from 2:30-4:00pm

REPUBLICAN WOMEN OF TRINITY COUNTY'S JANUARY MEETING IS CANCELLED FOR TUESDAY JANUARY 16TH.

Due to the pending freezing, icy forecast, we have decided it is best to cancel our meeting for Tuesday. We will reschedule our speaker Colton Hay for another time. We are very disappointed as it is our first meeting of the year, but safety to our members and guests come first.

Please make sure that you take precautions for the predicted weather on Monday & Tuesday and have a great weekend.

Catalog is online now. Please read the terms and conditions. All items have to be paid for and picked for immediately after the sale. Onsite preview and registration starts at 8AM and sale starts at 10AM. If you’re going to bid online, REGISTER TODAY ONLINE. If you’re going to bid in person, REGISTER TOMORROW IN PERSON. There is not a buyer’s premium. However, buyer will be required to pay sales tax. Payments can be by check, card (with convenience fee) or cash. Titles will not be sent out until after all funds have cleared. There will be no check out or load out until after the sale. Sale should be over around noon. There are no guarantees, warranties or refunds. This is an absolute sale and everything will be sold to the highest bidder. If you buy it, it is yours and you are responsible to pick it up and leave with it. See you tomorrow!

IMPORTANT PRIVACY UPDATE:

If you have an iPhone and have done the recent iOS 17 update, they’ve installed a feature called NameDrop. This feature allows you to easily share contact information and photos to another iPhone by just holding the phones close together. This feature is defaulted to ‘ON’. To shut this feature off, go to Settings, General, AirDrop, Bringing Devices Together and change to ‘OFF’.

PARENTS: Don’t forget to change these settings on your child’s phone to help keep them safe as well!🙏
