California Lutheran University School Of Management Students partnered with Lettuce LettuceSocial to visit Little Calf Creamery and Cafe spot in the city of Thousand Oaks. We interviewed Scott and learned all about Little Calf Brand. Our goal is to bring foot traffic to local mom-and-pop restaurants around the Conejo Valley surrounding area. From Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Lake Sherwood, and a portion of Calabasas. Come along and join the group for the journey.
