New amazing appetizer from Chef David Brittain at Schilleci's New Orleans Kitchen at Market Street - the Woodlands. Crawfish Croquettes - mascarpone cheese, imported buffalo mozzarella, crawfish tails, roasted bell pepper, Cajun seasoning, panko crusted and deep fried served with a sweet sriracha wine butter sauce and a touch of Rémoulade. OMG! Going to be in the Nick's Local Eats top appetizers of all time. What a beautifully crafted dish.
I also had the poboy / soup combo. I chose a Fried Crawfish Poboy - lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo served on Gambino's Bakery French Bread. I subbed the mayo for rémoulade. The crab bisque was excellent with tons of crab. Everything was fantastic as usual and great service by Anna.
