We fired the drywall guys today. 🛑 They left a massive gap at the bottom of the wall where the pipes are! 📉 They said, 'The baseboards will cover it.' 🤥 BASEBOARDS?? Behind a kitchen cabinet?? There is no baseboard there! 🐀 I feel like they just left a superhighway for mice to enter my pantry. Am I being too picky or is this just lazy work?

Landlord is charging me 150 dollars to change outlet
So l have a question to all the electricians here. My land lord came to fix my shower head because it was leaking. Then the next day left 150 dollar invoice because he said this outlet in our bathroom wasn't installed by them and said it isn't GFCI certified and said it used to much electricity. So he's charging us change it. Is he full of sh*it or is he right?

When a $490.88 Bill Gets a $0.00 Tip.
I don’t usually make posts like this, but last night was one for the books. You ever have a dinner where the service completely ruins the whole experience? That was us. For a final Check Total of $490.88, we received one of the worst service performances I've ever witnessed
From the heavy sighs the second we sat down to the eye-rolling when we asked about the menu, our waitress acted like we were a massive inconvenience. She took our order like a chore, snapped when I politely asked for silverware, and basically tossed the plates down.
The way she hovered with the check before we were even halfway done eating made it clear she just wanted us gone. And based on the $98.18 20% tip suggestion at the bottom, she was expecting a massive gratuity.
The verdict? We paid the $490.88 check total but left $0.00 for the tip. Good service earns a good tip; bad service earns nothing.

I had my water bottle sitting out in my room for around two days or so with the same water and the top open to the world...

I had my water bottle sitting out in my room for around two days or so with the same water and the top open to the world. I came home and was super thirsty so i took a bunch of big gulps of water and afterwards realized the water tasted slightly like rotten fruit so I opened it up to look and this was inside. I thought it was a bug at first glance but took a picture and promptly washed it down the drain because I was so grossed out. Now that I look at it, it doesn’t look like a bug but I can’t tell what else it could be! eww!!

Our 7 year old boy decided to go into my wife's purse and proceeded to remove 5 $100 bills and cut them up into pieces. He offered no viable excuse other than, "I don't know, I got bored". How would you go about teaching him the value of a dollar in light of his actions? What would that be a sufficient punishment to teach him that what he did was wrong? We want him to learn a lasting lesson from this, but also be fair in the process. What are you thoughts?

Administration won't tell us why. Teachers don't know why. Are they tracking our phones? Can this read m.. credit cards or apple pay? I'm about to buy a RFIC V shield cause this feels like an invasion of privacy.
