Community Journalism Serving the TX·AR·OK·LA Region The Four States News (FSN) was founded by Steve Oglesby in October 2013.

After three years operating the publication, he decided to sell to a larger company with the resources to carry FSN to the next level. 5 Arrow Media purchased FSN in June 2016, and has started the transition process. Steve remains as our Editor Emeritus and provides valuable training and suggestions to the 5 Arrow Media staff. We look forward to a bright and growing future.
