Friday was a whirlwind around here! 😅😅

The Cardoza Family got to close on their new home just in time for the holidays (and even 5 days early thanks to our awesome lender Jake Dragoo Fairway Independent Mortgage!)

I’m so grateful to be able to take this family from a “We have no idea where to start” to “Closed and Funded” in a few short weeks so that they can enjoy the holidays in their new home! 🏡

Not only were we closing on properties Friday, but my husband and I welcomed our little girl into the world! 🍼

Congratulations to the Dolans on the sale of their 13 acres in Cameron! 🌾

Got the call that Texas was "too hot and humid" and that their plans to retire here have changed, so they needed to sell their acreage I helped them purchase.

Thankfully, we were able to virtually handle this entire transaction and get it sold quickly for them!
