Charcuterie boards are always a hit at get-togethers, but with all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, you might not have time to sit down and create something beautiful. sat down with Wanda Black, owner of Wanda Black Board'oeuvres, to find out what inspired her to start a business after turning 50.

Wanda wanted to give a special shout out and sent this message after we published:

"I just feel like it is so important to give thanks and appreciation to the ladies that have motivated me through example," Wanda said. "Especially Holly McDaniel – she has given me such a rewarding platform, for her clients and others."

If you've ever wanted to see the Northern Lights and missed your opportunity when they were visible earlier this year, here's your chance!

Meteorologist Conley Isom says tonight could be the night.

"The Space Weather Prediction Center has issued a G4 watch for a severe, magnetic storm. Keep in mind, there is no guarantee we will see anything. It's very difficult to track space events like this but there is a pretty good chance.

After sunset, you will want to venture out away from city lights into the darkest area you can find, then look on the northern horizon. If you can't see anything with your eyes, try taking a photo using Night Mode with your phone. It will come in waves so be patient. The sky should be most likely clear."

If you see a haze in the air, flip your cell camera to Night Mode and take a photo and see if you capture nature's magnificent light display. Try to keep your phone completely still. It helps if you place it down on something stable.
