Our own Creative Preneuer, Diane Strand , took the TEDx Temecula stage to share how creativity and the arts transformed her life and saved her business. Diane shares how the arts connect the dots of her pathways and through the course of her journey she used lessons from the arts of inclusiveness, grit and determination and being creative to turn her passion into a purpose that inspired the creation of a thriving nonprofit. Her talk highlights finding purpose in the arts and turning passion into lasting success.

Diane Strand is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, executive producer, best-selling author, nonprofit founder, and TEDx speaker with over 21 years of experience. She is the majority owner of JDS Video & Media Productions, Inc., JDS Actors Studio, and founder of the nonprofit JDS Creative Academy. Strand is the creator, executive producer and Co-Host of "Spirit of Innovation: Arts Across America," the first of its kind in Riverside County. She has written two California approved job-training curriculums for mainstream and special needs. She has helped to launch over 100 careers in the arts. Her mission is to provide H.O.P.E.—Helping One Person Everyday—by spreading the arts across America.
