How many of you out there have experienced emotions and moods that you thought were not your own? That they came out of nowhere and had completely changed how you felt at that moment. Do you feel uncomfortable in crowded spaces? If this has happened to you then you might be an Empath!

I am very excited to once again hold a class for my Empath and the Narcissist Class! It will be on Saturday December 18, 2021 from 12:30 to about 2:30.

The relationship between the Empath and the Narcissist is one of, if not THE, most negative and toxic relationships there is. Unfortunately, it is also one of the most common and unacknowledged or recognized.

While there are a lot of people out there that are extremely positive and support us through our life, there are some that have more selfish motives. Granted this is by no means everyone we meet, but they are out there. One of the most common categories that these people fall under is a psychological condition known as Narcissism. These could be significant others, friends, siblings, and even our own parents.

In this class you will learn the signs to look out for when spotting these individuals and how to protect yourself against their kind of mental manipulation and control. We will also cover what to do if we find ourselves affected by a narcissist and how to protect ourselves and regain our strength and confidence as empaths!
