It was a beautiful Sunday morning...

On the first day of 2023, I got reminded again of my purpose and the reasons why I still choose to be grateful.

If your 2022 or even the past few years were not what you've been hoping for, health issues, loss of a loved one, job loss, failures, disappointments, I get it. No matter what, stay faithful and hold on to God's word and get to know Him deeply. Even if the people or the circumstances don't always go as expected, believe that God has bigger plans and greater purpose for you. As long as you are alive, choose to be true to yourself and stay rooted towards your faith. God, our Almighty Father, sees and knows you.

“Above all else, guard your heart for it is the wellspring of life,” (The Bible, Proverbs 4:23). This scripture is stating that ABOVE ALL ELSE, we must guard ourselves. We must guard, nourish, and care for our heart because it matters to Him.

Never neglect your need to recuperate and reset. No one else will take care of you and refresh your spirit if you don't consciously do it. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup. Listen to your body and spirit.

What is success for you?

As per Webster, success is defined as favorable or desired outcome.

Growing up, we were conditioned that successful life is when you reach a certain amount of money in your bank account, maybe the number of educational achievements, countries traveled, job title or salary.

Remember, every person's definition of success is different based on their priority and purpose. Encourage one another to continue doing a good work towards their own goals and purpose.
